Despite these realities, if you have tried or are planning to launch a new digital product, you will inevitably be challenged internally. You will hear the following common objections, "It's not compliant." "It's not on brand." "It's not in the 5 year plan." Rapid acceleration slows to a risk averse crawl. In this talk, Greg Larkin brings us into the room where big banks set new speed records in digital product development. You'll learn how to enlist executive support, involve gatekeepers as co-creators, and launch new products in eight weeks.

Banks are sitting at the edge of a potentially transformative technology and those who adopt early may be in a prime position to lead in the future. In this Fireside Chat, Ripple’s SVP for Global Operation, Eric van Miltenburg will talk about what is blockchain, where we are in its evolution and what banks can expect in the future.
